Let’s face it: we’re all a little basic. If the idea of a triple shot grande chai skim latte doesn’t make your heart flutter, if frolicking in the snow or eating at a trendy café isn’t all the more enjoyable because you’re gonna snap an aesthetically pleasing pic of it on your iPhone, or if making it to the 11-like mark on Instagram in the first 10 minutes isn’t extremely important to you, then you’re just lying to yourself. “Be Like Bill” doesn’t just teach us how to reign in the basic, though. But “Be Like Bill” is spreading like wildfire, and his memes and similar offshoots like “Be Like Emma” can be found in pretty much every corner of the internet. But that’s enough backstory.
