A Situation of Seconds
Going to dispute a parking ticket can be an awful experience. In this case, it almost seemed like a scripted comedy television show. We don’t know the complete situation, all we can assume is that whoever issued the ticket was having a pretty bad day. Someone who goes out of their way spending time giving a ticket for this kind of situation either has something bothersome going on… or simply has nothing better to do with their time. When you see the details behind this situation, your jaw will drop.
Sometimes, it seems like the law is set up for normal people to fall right into little traps… So, it’s good to see a judge that seems to be on our side.
Chief Judge Frank Caprio handled things in a great way when he was presented with an interesting situation regarding a civilian’s parking ticket.

We’ve all had that teacher who didn’t round up and give you the higher grade when you were decimal points away, right? Well, this is a similar situation, but with the better kind of result.
The woman in question received a ticket for parking in an area that was a no parking zone from 8 o’clock to 10 o’clock.
Her parking ticket was issued at wait for it… 9:59:58.
That’s right, two seconds before 10:00, whoever issued the ticket decided it would be a good idea to go through with it. Absurd!
