How much could you take before moving out?
Puppy Payback
They let their dogs walk over to our trash cans and s–t. Even after asking them to walk their dogs somewhere else, they kept letting them do it. So I started using plastic bags to pick up the poop and strategically place it around their house. (TeamFreedomHuddle)
Lawn Terrorists
Last summer, my neighbors mowed halfway over into my yard in bizarre donuts and such, ignoring where the property line is and chopping it almost all the way down to the dirt in the heat of summer. Took a lot of time, money, and care to save it and prevent it from dying.
After we left a note on their door about it, they leaked that letter to somebody else. They then used it to go online and trash our business and means of making a living because we’re supposedly terrible, arrogant, self-righteous people for not liking the fact that our lawn was nearly destroyed by an idiot. The Lockout
We shared a deeded driveway easement with our neighbor that ran along our property lines. He decided he wanted it all to himself. It was beautiful, lined by magnolias and crepe myrtles. When we were out of town for a long weekend, he hired a crew to install a lockable metal gate at the entrance as well as a wooden fence at his property line.
As it turned out, the easement encroached on his land (5 feet) but legally that didn’t matter. We were blocked from our house and there are about 5 acres between the road and our garage – all wooded. Lawyers filed multiple TRO’s to keep the driveway open and he violated each one. His real estate lawyer quit due to his not following their advice. (3suze)
