We all love catching our zzz’s, but it can be hard to do when you feel overwhelmed with something going on in your life or if you’re used to only getting a few short hours a night. There are a myriad of reasons that people forego sleep — work, play, or having a newborn baby to name a few — but the effect remains the same no matter the cause. If you feel that you’re not getting enough sleep, you need to start putting more effort into laying down, relaxing, and getting rest.
