The pro-rape rallies have been shut down!

Radical anti-feminist group Return of Kings has recently garnered a ton of attention thanks to founder Daryush Valizadeh (nicknamed Roosh) and his YouTube channel. Roosh is such a pro-man extremist that he feels raping women on private property should be deemed legal by the government. His disturbing perspective was shared in a blog entry on his official website. Roosh wrote, “I propose that we make the violent taking of a woman not punishable by law when done off public ground.”

He recently planned to preach his ideals on an international level by organizing 165 pro-rape meet-ups in 43 different countries.

Roosh wrote on his website that he feels the solution to cutting down crimes related to rape is by making it legal to rape a woman on private property. He stated, “I propose that we make the violent taking of a woman not punishable by law when done off public grounds.” Like many misogynists, he took the route of blaming women for their rape experiences. “By attempting to teach men not to rape, what we have actually done is teach women not to care about being raped, not to protect themselves from easily preventable acts, and not to take responsibility for their actions,” he says.

Roosh didn’t just vocalize his opinions – he actually put a foot forward in trying to make his disturbing dream a reality. He posted about his goal to to bring his followers together in person to discuss their “mutual interests” in what they’re referring to as “neomasculinity.”
