A photo taken in a Chicago McDonald’s on September 16th is going viral. It shows a McDonald’s worker assisting a handicapped man in eating his food. Destiny Carreno shared the photo on her Facebook and described how the eldery man in a wheelchair ordered food and said to the cashier, “Help me, please.” Carreno went on said the cashier immediately closed his register while it was busy in the downtown location. The worker proceeded to cut the man’s food into smaller bites and helped him eat.

“This employee, who put everything on hold for this man, went above and beyond his responsibilities… that was the kindest and most humble thing I had ever seen,” wrote Carreno.
