Listen to your heartbeat for the very first time as music
Sound is an incredibly powerful sense, and young couples love nothing more than to hear their baby’s heart beating. Hearing that sound means that their child is truly alive after months of pregnancy and maybe years of waiting for a baby of their own.
One talented lady is taking that moment and making it last forever. She takes the sound of life itself and transforms it into music that you can listen to after your baby comes into the world and for years to come. She can also make the music from the heart beats of multiple family members. Here is Bridget’s story.
A heart’s rhythm is the drum beat of life.
Bridget Sova has many talents, including scientific research, instrument building, and music-making. And she combines those talents to create a one-of-a-kind memory that is completely unique to each person that she helps.
Her technical title at the Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital in Grand Rapids, Michigan is “Music Therapist.” She came to the hospital from her internship at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center where she began making her music and taught the staff how to make these incredible recordings. But Bridget’s own may be the best.
