The American Institute of Stress recently wrote that, “job stress is far and away the major source of stress for American adults and that it has escalated progressively over the past few decades.” America has this mentality where you can’t possibly be happy or successful if you’re not stressed and working 24/7. Whether it’s the people you work with or your workload and others’ expectations, chances are, you probably have some job related anxiety. There are lots of unspoken rules and taboos that add to unnecessary stress in the workplace. We are here to bring you back down to a reality: you don’t have to be a perfect working robot. We are all humans… so might as well take advantage of it!

In fact, they probably prefer it. Don’t go spreading gross germs.
It’s ok to say “no.”
Especially when you’re too busy. It’s better to do a good job on less things than do a bunch of things half assed.
