Amy Schumer is one tough gal. Even though she’s always the center of critics’ jokes and hate messages from online trolls, she never shies away from clapping back. Like that time she called out Glamour magazine for adding her to their list of plus-size stars without her permission; Or how about the time Amy gave her trolls well wishes with a side of shade on New Year’s Eve 2015. “Happy New Years to internet trolls. I hope you find happiness this year. Nourishing relationships and a life you can be proud of,” she tweeted.

In recent Amy Schumer takedowns, the comedian sends a message to, not only her trolls, but the paparazzi who continue to body shame her through unflattering pictures.

But first, here are a few of Amy’s epic troll takedowns…

Schumer vs Wells

Back in February of last year, tell-it-like-it-is writer Jeff Wells claimed there’s “no way she’d be an object of heated romantic interest in the real world,” in reference to Amy’s then-new role in Trainwreck. Wait, there’s more. He continued on, calling her ‘chubby-cheeked’ and ‘not conventionally attractive.’ How rude!?

Well, Amy had a thing to say, not only to Wells, but to all of her trolls with this semi-nude photo. “I am a size 6 and have no plans of changing. This is it. Stay on or get off. Kisses!” she tweeted.

Schumer vs Murphy

Amy is known for making jokes about her sex life — but it’s her sex life, so she’s allowed to do so. Who isn’t allowed is a complete stranger like film critic Jackson Murphy who posted this caption after taking a selfie with the comedian at this year’s Critics’ Choice Awards: “Spent the night with @amyschumer. Certainly not the first guy to write that. #CriticsChoiceAwards,” he wrote on Twitter.

The photo circulated to Amy and she took him down in one tweet. “I get it. Cause I’m a whore? Glad I took a photo with you. Hi to your dad,” she wrote. Murphy attempted to bury the hatchet, responding apologetically, “I truly apologize. Thought you’d like the joke. I should leave the comedy to you! Thanks for the photo. Glad you won last night!”
