Schumer vs Glamour
Glamour magazine didn’t know what they were doing when they added Amy to their list of plus-size women who inspire them. Sure, they meant it to be a nice gesture, but that’s not the way Amy took it. “I think there’s nothing wrong with being plus size. Beautiful healthy women. Plus size is considered size 16 in America. I go between a size 6 and an 8. @glamourmag put me in their plus size only issue without asking or letting me know and it doesn’t feel right to me. Young girls seeing my body type thinking that is plus size? What are your thoughts? Mine are not cool glamour not glamorous,” she posted on her Instagram.

Bottom line seems to be we are done with these unnecessary labels which seem to be reserved for women. pic.twitter.com/VUnrgFseRl

In another response to the Glamour incident, Amy posted this video of her freely running around on the beach. “Bottom line seems to be we are done with these unnecessary labels which seem to be reserved for women,” she tweeted.
Fast forward to the other day when Amy put her trolls to shame in an epic Instagram post…
Amy vs Internet Trolls & Paparazzi
During her vacation in Hawaii, paparazzi snapped a photo of Amy coming out of the ocean in a black, one-piece swimsuit. Before she could be on the receiving end of all the hate that was to come, she posted the photo herself with this caption:
“I meant to write “good morning trolls!” I hope you find some joy in your lives today in a human interaction and not just in writing unkind things to a stranger you’ve never met who triggers something in you that makes you feel powerless and alone. This is how I look. I feel happy. I think I look strong and healthy and also like miss trunchbull from Matilda. Kisses!”
Way to take them down before they even have a chance to throw shots!
