So many uses for eggshells!
Like most people, I thought that eggshells were garbage. Boy is my mind changed. Did you know that eggshells are 90% calcium? Stop wasting your money on expensive supplements and incorporate egg shells in to your diet. We all know how important calcium is to our diets, especially women as they get older. I know, it sounds weird and gross to eat eggshells, but they are wonderful methods to making them edible. Make sure you use organic eggs as they are more nutritious. Try it out before you judge! We’ve also included some non-edible uses for eggshells that you can use around your home and garden.

Drinking method #1

Take 5 egg shells, wash and crush them (you can use a food processor or pestle and mortar). Put them in 3 liters of water, keeping it stored in the fridge for 1 week. Drink 2-3 glasses of it daily. If you want to, you may add lemon juice for taste.
