Much like the Force, Star Wars has been completely omnipresent for the past few months. Put simply, the marketing was strong with this one.

The [Not So] Obvious
Before we get started on the real secrets, one of the coolest things this movie was able to do was bring back virtually every original actor to reprise their roles. Of course, Star Wars fans will have already known that Chewbacca (Peter Mayhew), C-3PO (Anthony Daniels), Admiral Ackbar (Tim Rose), and Nien Nunb (Mike Quinn) were all played by the same actors as they were more than 30 years ago.
Kenny Baker was on set during filming, but he could not physically reprise his iconic role as R2-D2.
Talk about a reunion…
If you paid attention during casting, the Game of Thrones fans among you might have already known that the visually impressive (but actually disappointing) Captain Phasma was played by 6’3″ actress Gwendoline Christie (Brienne of Tarth in GOT).
This character looked super cool and foreboding in the trailers and teasers, but unfortunately, the role felt pretty diminished in the actual film. Still, since her helmet never came off, you might have missed it!
