Everybody poops, that’s just a fact of life. Without excreting what you consume, you wouldn’t exist. So, it stands to reason that we’re obsessed with toilets. It’s a thing that you probably use multiple times a day. We’re pretty lucky here in the Western World where we have easy access to the most modern of facilities. Other people aren’t nearly so lucky.
If you really feel the need to pee, you’re going to need some change at a lot of toilets in Europe and Asia. The “Customers Only” signs just weren’t enough to keep people out.
Though very few people live in Antarctica, their sewage was poisoning the wildlife who were near to the sewage outlet. The country of Australia, then, made plans to send a sewage treatment out to them to correct the problem.
The people of Ireland have a collective phobia about public toilets. Less than half of the population will actually use them, and most of those brave souls refuse to sit on the seat directly.
