So wild it just might be true
The First Zombie
Is Walter White to blame for the zombie apocalypse?
In Season 4, Episode 13 of Breaking Bad, we actually see the literal “walking dead” for the first time: Gus. Though he appears to have survived Hector’s suicide bombing, we then see that half of his fact has been blown off, though he manages to stumble out of the room.
Though what if he didn’t stop there? Though they know it’s a stretch, the theorists propose that Gus may have been taking Blue Sky, which Walt could have either poisoned or made more recklessly, leading to unforeseen results. This laced or poisoned drug, mixed with the explosion, could have resulted in Gus being the first zombie to start the apocalypse.
Decide for Yourself
The theorists even rank their believability at a 5/10, but because their argument is so fascinating, and because it relies on such neat details and Easter eggs, they rank the entertainment factor as a 9/10.
Do you agree? Or is AMC just having fun with its viewers?
