A man whose been called the “Human Ken Doll” may have been a little too ambitious with his efforts to turn himself into a life size version of a Barbie doll. Rodrigo Alves has had so many surgeries to sculpt his nose that doctors warn that one more could mean death… for his sniffer. Alves recently consulted with two doctors on the popular E! television series Botched. Hear what they had to say about the future of Alves’ face.

Smells like bad news for Rodrigo Alves aka “The Human Ken Doll.” Due to multiple procedures he’s had done on his nostrils, doctors on Botched claim that if he continues, his nose could turn black and fall off of his face!

The 33-year-old Brazilian native is unable to breathe through his nose as a result of getting three rhinoplasties in just 12 to 15 months! In his efforts to fix his stuffy nose issue, he wants to undergo a fourth procedure, but medical professionals advise the young and plyable Alves that undergoing another surgery wouldn’t be wise.
Apparently, the back to back procedures have caused his skin cells to become so infected that they may shrivel up and die if he even attempts to slice on his snout again.

A teaser for the show depicts Dr. Paul Nassif and Terry Dubrow examining the challenge they’re up against in correcting Rodrigo’s patchwork. Try as they might, the doctors are unable to examine the appendage properly since a scope won’t even fit inside Alves’ tight nostrils! Further exploration up his nose confirms that his nasal passages are completely blocked.
Rodrigo’s worst fears are realized when Dr. Nassif delivers the devastating news:
“Your nose on the inside you have no airway. And it’s short. So this is all scarred together. And now, since you just had surgery three months ago, it’s going to scar down more. It’s in a healing phase. If you try to insult your skin one more time now while it’s healing, there’s a high possibility that if you let one of these doctors touch your nose now, this will turn black and then die and fall off.”
