Not the Sharpest Tools in the Shed
The small town of La Vernia, TX has been dealing with a sexual assault scandal involving a fairly large group of high school football players. As part of some sort of initiation ritual, multiple victims have come forward claiming they were sexually assaulted by older athletes and even more keep coming forward.
While the town is demanding justice and the suspects be punished, one “friend” decided it would be a good idea to go online and throw some shade on some negative commenters. What happened next got him thrown in the slammer too…
Hazing in Texas
Apparently when you join the Varsity squad at La Vernia High School, it’s a hazing tradition for a couple older (presumably stronger) students to pin you down in the locker room and shove stuff in your butt… like bottles, baseball bats, CO2 canisters, etc.
How old is this kid?
Once a 16-year-old student came forward about the sexual harassment, more followed suit and almost ten arrests were made in a day. Since many of these athletes were older (probably held back for being morons), they were over the age of 18 and were taken to jail… Like this guy, Alejandro Ibarra.
Alejandro is the one who tried to defend his “brothers” (pictured here) who were immediately booked for sexual assault claiming “They are my friends… my brothers… I was raised with them.”
He also squeaked out another detail that landed him in jail the next day…
