This is no doubt one of the strangest things you’ll ever see. It’s not a human, it’s not a lamb, it’s… lambman? Okay, fine, it is a lamb. The deformed stillborn lamb was born to a sheep that was infected by a Rift Valley Fever during it’s pregnancy. The situation ended up with a pretty bizarre creature being born.

A lot of the 4,000 people that live in Lady Frere in Eastern Province, South Africa believe that the “beast” was born by the witchcraft of the devil. The lamb definitely looks like a deformed human child body, so you can tell why it would freak someone out.

Regardless of what you might think, this is not a hoax. Experts are saying that at first glance it seems like the lamb was born dead. Chief Director of Veterinary Services Dr. Lubabalo Mrwebi said, “We can confirm that this is not a hoax photo but that the severely deformed lamb was born by a sheep in Lady Frere this week which at glance resembles a human form.”
