Tommy’s callous words about his wife shocked the robber so much that he couldn’t hurt her. Tommy was able to take on the confused robber, and he received a stab wound and an air gun pellet to the head that lodged a BB in his brain, but hasn’t affected his health.
Jonathan Pay was caught and will serve 17 years in prison. But the real question is did Abbey forgive Tommy for telling the robber to take her life? I’m happy to say that she did knowing that it was just an attempt to save her.
