Kurt Eichenwald is in for a rude awakening. The Internet has a way of finding things that were never meant to be found, and this is the perfect example. A simple image with your computer in the background can be a career-altering decision, and that’s exactly what’s happening to Eichenwald, a senior writer on Newsweek. It’s no surprise people’s jaws dropped when they saw the tab he had open…
When it comes to this whole situation, we can thank no one but the Newsweek senior writer and one of MSNBC’s contributors Kurt Eichenwald.
Eichenwald accidentally tweeted a photo of his computer that had his browser tabs open. The result was the internet dragging him left and right while we sat back and watched.
He blew his cover when he was trying to share a photo of a flyer that he got earlier in the week. Unfortunately for him, he was sharing a little bit more than that.
Curiously enough, he still has yet to delete the tweet, and it’s still there for everyone to see. Guess he’s not as ashamed as you or I might be.
The people of Twitter did some zooming and ended up realizing that one of the tabs he had open was a search for Hentai porn.
In case you don’t know what it is, hentai is anime porn that is stylized like Japanese manga. It usually puts the characters in… interesting situations. In Eichenwald’s case, that meant having a good time with some tentacles.
