Hopes for Adoption
The kittens were only 7 ounces when they were brought from Pima Animal Care Center (PACC) to the facility on October 14th. It has been one month since Peaches and Turtle have been under the care of the patients. They are much healthier, which increases their likelihood of being adopted. PACC says that this would not be possible without the patients’ efforts. The best part of this story is, due to the program’s success, the collaboration will continue in the future. Good thing too, PACC took in over 2,000 kittens in 2015.
