Pics or it didn't happen!
We’ve all witnessed one or two strange things in our lifetime. Everyone has that one story that they love telling, but sometimes things are so over-the-top strange that they seem completely unbelievable.
These people shared experiences that are truly almost too strange to believe, so whether you think they’re true or not is up to you!
Back in 2000, I was couch surfing and this particular summer I was staying in California. I was at a rooftop party in Venice Beach and didn’t know anybody but my friend throwing the party. I was standing off in the corner smoking a joint when a tall skinny dude came up and started talking to me. We ended up having an hour long conversation, and as I was getting ready to head back inside he thanked me for hanging with him and treating him like a regular guy. I just kind of gave him a puzzled look and told him no worries. After meeting back up with my friend later he asked me what the hell me and Tony had been talking about the whole time. Turns out I’d been chilling with Tony Hawk all night and it was so dark I had no idea. Super nice dude. (sluttysluttymilf)
Sue the Dinosaur
There is a T-rex skeleton known by the name of Sue. At the time I think she was the most complete skeleton found to date. When I was on vacation in Disney world, I went down this weird path away from my family a bit, and there was a display window in the side of a building, and a bunch of people I recognized as paleontologists (I was very into dinosaurs as a kid, and I wanted to be a paleontologist myself) were very meticulously cleaning a bone. I was watching for a while and my family came up and didn’t say much after they figured out how into it I was. The people inside must have decided I was pretty into it, too (at this point I was watching for probably 15 minutes) and one of them came out the side and asked if I’d like to come in. I didn’t answer I just looked at my mom and she smiled and said “go ahead.” So I went inside the thing and was very timid because again, I knew it could be very dangerous for me to touch anything. But then one of them said it was ok, and I put my hand on the bone of a f*cking dinosaur. I was in disbelief. I was touching it. Then one of them handed me a tool (a little bushy brush, looking back so I didn’t damage it) and said there is a little dirt down here. And I brushed it away and my little heart just about exploded. That bone was part of sue. Thinking of it now actually still makes me excited. I don’t remember if it was actually in one of the parks or not, but I will never forget that day. I don’t tell this story because 99% of people would just look at me like “who the f*ck cares if it even IS true” and the 1% who might care wouldn’t believe me. But it happened. (josh8010)
I’m sure I’ve had dreams of the future. Like De Ja Vu but way more i know i have experienced this. I’ve even thought what someone is going to say next just before they say it. (skumwoy)
