It's scary, but they say it can save lives
The people of the United Kingdom cannot agree on what’s right to do in this case… Twitter user Gina_Diaries wrote, “I don’t see how it’s any different to educating your kids about stranger danger etc… We’re usually more cautious about that on holiday too.” Another user, cazzapatel, wrote, “Very informative video. When my daughter went to Paris on a school trip and I told [her] the same thing. Run, hide, tell.”
People believe that children should have some knowledge about what to do in this scenario, but that this video isn’t the best way to teach them. Twitter user mjb1911 tweeted, “It’s up to us as parents to explain in a way our children will understand, they are all different some more sensitive than others.”
Do you think that this video is appropriate for children? Should they even be aware that they could potentially be caught in a terrorist attack? Let us know what you think about this sensitive and scary situation in the comments and SHARE this story!
