It's Like Magic!
I don’t know about you, but I feel like winter has been lingering for a long time. One of the biggest gripes about wintertime is the frosted windows. No one likes them, they are a big inconvenience, and the ice is always super hard to get off.
Luckily for me, I live in the south. Southern winters aren’t as cold as northern winters, and southern states typically don’t deal with snow. But that doesn’t mean we don’t experience a little bit of frost. If you are over thickly frosted windows and exerting energy while scraping off inches of ice, there’s a solution. A local Tennessee weatherman has created the perfect trick to defrosting windows.
Ken Weathers is something like a genius. The Knoxville, Tennessee weatherman has come up with a perfect way to defrost car windows.
And it doesn’t involve running your car for 15 minutes or scraping off multiple inches of ice.
Ken Weathers’ solution is actually a solution. And no, it isn’t hot water. Hot water is, in fact, the last thing you should put on your windshield. When placing heat against cold, the reaction can cause your windshield to crack or shatter.
Weathers’ solution is simply rubbing alcohol and water.
The solution to your daily windshield drama has been in your home all along. Hit next to see how it works!
