He wasn't actually snoring
Sleeping beside someone that you love can be a true bonding experience. It can bring feelings of love, happiness, and contentment that sleeping alone just doesn’t do. Unfortunately, some people have partners that aren’t great bedmates. You’ve got blanket hogs, toss-and-turners, and the dreadful loud snorers.
Lisa Lee was so fed up with her partner’s loud snoring. She told him he needed to go sleep somewhere else, so she could get some shut-eye. Afterwards, she quickly realized that he had stopped breathing a long time ago and the sound she heard wasn’t made by a living man.
A Peaceful Night
Lisa Lee and Lewis Little went to sleep, like they do every night after a full day of work and caring for their little one. They didn’t think that anything out of the ordinary would go on during the night.
But Lewis woke Lisa up with his obnoxious snoring one too many times. Eventually, she got up and told him that he needed to get out of their bed and sleep elsewhere. That’s when she noticed something strange.
Lisa explained, “When we were in bed I just thought he was snoring, so I kicked him out of the bed and told him to shut up. But I felt that the sheets were wet and knew something was wrong.”
Lisa turned on the lights and found that Lewis’ face was purple. “He wasn’t breathing. I called an ambulance and it felt like it took forever,” she recalled.
Lisa’s life was about to change forever…
