Meghan Trainor rose to fame with her anti-bodyshaming anthem “All About That Bass.” Since then, she’s been very vocal about teaching fans to love their bodies and the extra weight that comes with it.
So when her digital team photoshopped her body in her new video without her permission, she was not happy at all. And to make matters worse, she found out from her fans AFTER the video dropped. Meghan was not having it with her team after they released the obviously photoshopped video.

This week, Meghan has been dropping teasers from the video for her new single, “Me Too” on Instagram. She posted video stills of her donning a royal blue, tight-fitting dress, as well as a giraffe onesie to lead up to the video’s release. But once the video released, things went left…
The video dropped, fans got angry
The video finally dropped on Monday and fans were not impressed. They quickly took to social media to call out Meghan’s editing team for the obvious photoshopping of her waist.
One fan tweeted, “The people who edited the Me Too video photoshopped @Meghan_Trainor. That’s so stupid. I hate body standards. It will still look good!” Meghan caught wind of the tweets and immediately responded…
