Is It 5′ o Clock Yet?
For many of us, work is a daily struggle. Experts recommend getting at least 8 hours of sleep a night, but how can we be expected to do that when we have social lives in the evening (not to mention plenty of TV shows to catch up on) and then have to wake up at the crack of dawn (or earlier) in order to be back at the desk before our boss?
Ever feel like you’re the first to work and the last to leave? Ever feel your eyes closing shut once you hit that 2′ o clock stretch and not knowing if they’re going to open back up?
