Humans are judgmental.

No matter how much we work on trying to be caring and kind, it’s only natural for us to judge other people, based purely on external factors and often due to small biases or prejudices we learned or picked up when we were younger.

In a day and age obsessed with the health craze, it feels like mainstream media and ad companies target traditionally “unhealthy” people as if mocking them, in order to create an “us vs. them” scenario or to scare people into buying certain products to get fit. From health foods to omnipresent workout clothes (even on those who aren’t working out), it seems like everybody’s trying to slim down for summer, but should they?
