When I Was Your Age…
Time flies, and that’s really all there is to it.
When we’re young, time feels endless, life is full of promise, and it’s easy to convince ourselves that we are truly invincible. And then the years start to slip away.
The good news is life can still be full of promise and adventure as we get older, and as we gain more experience on this earth, we become even more interesting. How often have you asked a grandparent or other wizened, elderly person to share their memories? Or like in Forrest Gump, have you ever been caught off guard by somebody sharing their incredible story, albeit totally unprovoked?
Well one day, those elderly people will be us, and we will be the ones with stories and memories; the only living relics of a time gone by.
Millennial Redditors born before 2000 were asked: “What do you think will be the most common questions asked of us when we’re the only living members left of the 20th century?”, and this is what they came up with!
How would you answer these?
What About GPS?
What was it like before maps Grandpa?

No, before maps (TheBull585)
Imagine your maps app. Now imagine it’s on a piece of paper. Now imagine your piece of paper hasn’t been updated in six years. Now imagine your piece of paper can’t tell you where Starbucks is. (spunkychickpea)
Whoa, grandpa! How did you manage to get an email address that’s just your name without a bunch of random numbers on the end of it?!?!? (khidmike)
I guess I just got lucky, xXxJimmy420noscopexXx. (spunkychickpea)
