“The fear of death follows from the fear of life. A man who lives fully is prepared to die at any time.” -Mark Twain
Death. While many of us try not to think about it because it is not a pretty subject, the fact is that one day we’re all gonna have to face up to it. Some of us may get a warning of when it’s going to come and others don’t. So many people create bucket lists to encourage them to make the most out of the rest of their lives. But what if you only had one single day left? If a giant meteor was going to crash into earth or if you had some odd medical diagnosis where you have only 24 hours on Earth, how would you spend it? With loved ones? On an adventure? Telling your boss off? The folks at Reddit shared the answers and the answers were, well, a little cheeky.
In death, there can be humor…
“I have another 23 hours… I can worry about that later.”
“Take a flight home. Use Spirit airlines. Flight cancelled at last minute. Delta has a flight later with layover in Atlanta. Buy ticket. Print boarding pass. Get coffee at Starbucks. Sit at gate. Stare at monitor. Die in airport.”
