Kayaking can be one of the most relaxing outdoor activities you can do, especially if you’re not afraid of the water. Taking a nice float down a river or even through a lake can be very calming when you’re in full control of your movement. The only thing that would ruin this would be… not being in full control of your movement!
Kayaks are very small and narrow boats that are sometimes so tiny you have to squeeze to get inside. When you slide your feet in, it’s hard to move them around after you’ve sat down. You need a good bit of balance and some pretty good hand-eye coordination in order to operate a kayak the right way. This person clearly didn’t have enough practice before they got into the water.
If you’ve never been in one, you probably don’t know how helpless you feel when your kayak starts tipping in one direction into the water. You can’t move your legs to help you balance, and you can’t use your hands to catch yourself because of the fact that you’d be falling onto water, not land.
The timing of this image was literally perfect! She pulled out her phone to take a nice quick selfie of her friends kayaking down the river, but instead, she captured something far more amusing. Her friend totally lost all control and is about to faceplant right into the dirty water right in front of her friends. While one of the friends in the background is raising their paddle triumphantly, the rest seem to be pretty amused by the fact that one of their buddies is about to capsize and end up with a mouth full of dirty water. At least they’ll be putting that life vest to good use! Hopefully, they can swim…
Going out on a nice bike ride is a very peaceful experience… that is unless you end up with a very sensual face first experience with a portapotty. This poor guy was out for a bike ride when things went south pretty quickly. We’re not sure how this happened, but at the same time, we’re happy that it did. There’s almost no way that this could have happened without it being some sort of user error. Portapotties don’t just spring out of the ground like trees where I’m from, and I’m assuming that’s not what happened here either. He was either going way too fast around a turn or his brakes just gave out at the wrong time. Because of the fact that he’s in the grass, somewhere, bikers usually don’t spend too much time in, I’m going to guess he took a turn too hard and wasn’t able to recover in time.
Painful might be an understatement when it comes to this picture. The bike rider was going fast enough to the point where his front tire hit the side of the portapotty and launched his body over the bike and smashed him flat into the side of it. Not only that, but his shirt got caught on the bike seat, which is a recipe for a bad landing on top of the bike. We’d like to see the aftermath of this one! As long as it isn’t too bloody, that is.
Another important question is: Why was this photo taken? Was the cameraman simply taking a photo of the toilets, or did he have some sort of sixth sense telling him that something great was about to happen? Whatever it was, he took the photo at the exact right time, and we’re glad he took it. If I took this one, I would have it framed above my bed.
“Jesus Christ, Patty, how many times do we have to tell you to stay away from the tiny cars?”
This cow has a face of defeat that tells you the rest of this story. You might be wondering how I can tell that it has a face of defeat when it’s clearly covered by a child’s toy, but I can tell. The fact that there was a kids toy like this one just laying around close to the cows will tell us that it’s most likely a family-owned farm, but that doesn’t really explain why the cow decided to stick it’s head inside the toy.
My first guess was that she thought it was some sort of food, or at least thought the steering wheel looked pretty tasty, but then I started thinking: What if this was a fashion statement? She could be showing off her new Fisher-Price designer muzzle to all the other cows to let them know who the badest beef in the barnyard is. There’s no doubt anymore, it’s Patty for sure. Strutting her stuff is what she does best, and old how now brown cow over there is giving her one of the most jealous looks you’ll ever see.
In reality, this poor cow could probably use some help from a human being, not her friend over there. If only there was someone nearby that would help her out… I don’t know, maybe even the cameraman? If you have enough time to pull out your phone and open the camera, you probably could have done something to better the animals. I’m not sure how far the zoom on this camera goes, but I’m pretty sure someone who was that close to the cows surely wasn’t afraid of them. Some poor child’s toy car might end up broken, but it will all be worth it in the end.
